General Guidelines for Nominations & Recognition

• Incomplete nominations will not be considered.
• Past award recipients are not eligible.
• Only one nomination is required for consideration.
• Nominations will be retained for up to 3 years for future consideration.
• Award winners will be honored at the Chamber Banquet, Luncheon, and featured in the Annual Report on the Chamber website.
• Current members of the Bastrop Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors are ineligible.

 

Non-Profit of the Year Award

Recognizes a non-profit organization that demonstrates leadership, strong management, and a deep commitment to serving the Bastrop community.

Eligibility:

• In operation for 3 or more years
• Active 501(c) organization in the Bastrop region
• Bastrop Chamber member in good standing

Award Criteria:

• Strong community engagement
• Support for Bastrop through services or partnerships
• Positive and lasting community impact
• Mission aligned with community needs
• Integrity, accountability, and transparency
• Fiscal responsibility and measurable impact
